German police on Thursday arrested a 46-year-old Iranian, and 29-year-old Nigerian man after receiving information that they plan a "serious act of violence".
"One man was arrested in Munich and the other in Firsenfeldbruk", the police said.
In the police statement it is said that there was no immediate threat to the public and that the investigation into the case will continue.
No other details were announced.
