Federica Mogherini, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, said Monday after a UN Security Council Session that no migrant is illegal.
"The way they try to enter Europe may be illegal, but they're all people, No one is illegal on the face of the Earth," she said.
Mogherini pointed out that she passed on to the Council the message that 'Europe is doing its part. It is to be expected that the rest of the international community does its part too and that the world finds unity in tackling the migration crisis".
