Twenty five best students in the final year who received an award - trip from the Ministry of Education and Science arrived in Barcelona.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science Spiro Ristovski, on his Facebook profile on Saturday announced that the 25 students from the first three top-ranked universities in the country which are "SS. Cyril and Methodius" University - Skopje, "Goce Delcev" University- Stip and the University of South East Europe, have arrived in Barcelona.
"Destination which they chose as part of the government stimulus measure for students who have a grade average above 9.5. Besides the air transport, the three-day hotel accommodation and food are also covered. A measure which we announced late last year, and today is another promise fulfilled. I wish them great moments, Ristovski announced.
He has previously said that on the public call, 132 students applied, and 25 met the conditions specified in the competition according to the Mixed Commission. Paris and Venice was also offered as destinations for travel despite Barcelona.
This measure, as it was announced, will continue into next year.
