Macedonian air force authorities and institutions in charge are inquiring into whether on Thursday morning at around 10:30 am - 10:50 am a Greek military plane invaded Macedonian airspace.
Near the Macedonian-Greek border several Greek aircrafts were visually noticed circling the Idomeni camp, but visual observation cannot confirm whether one of the planes invaded Macedonian airspace. Only precise measurements from the institutions in charge can determine that.
According to MIA, several Greek planes and 4 helicopters flew over the border and circled around Idomeni on 3 occasions within the framework of their military exercise called 'Storm' and in order to put pressure the migrants.
The exercise, according to Geek media, was announced as a preparation for deployment of soldiers who will protect the Greek-Macedonian border and help in relocating the migrants to other camps in Greece's interior.
Citizens from Gevgelija were considerably bothered by and scared from the circling around of the Greek planes.
