Kosovo will implement all agreements reached with the Belgrade authorities at the talks in Brussels, said Kosovo President Hashim Thaci on Wednesday.
Thaci met Austrian President Heinz Fischer in Vienna, tackling the political processes in Kosovo and extension of the EULEX mandate, promising that the process of preparations for the statute of the Association of Serbian Communities would begin soon.
"Kosovo has one perspective - Euro-Atlantic integration. We are continually working on becoming an EU and NATO member as soon as possible. We are very grateful for your support in the integration process and the visa liberalization for Kosovo citizens", said Thaci.
Fischer voiced satisfaction from Kosovo's development, especially easing of political tensions. He also congratulated Thaci on the signing of the EU Stabilization and Association Agreement and Kosovo's UEFA and FIFA accession.
