High school graduates' testing in foreign languages skills has started on Monday. The majority of the students, i.e. 15,353, have chosen to take the English test, followed by token numbers taking the German, French and Russian tests.
"The state graduation exam continues with the foreign language test, and so far the testing continues without problems. The external testing is also completed and we will analyze both the good and the bad in this regard", said Minister of Education and Science Pishtar Lutfiu.
State graduation tests include native language examinations, math, one of the sciences or liberal arts and foreign language skills. External testing is used to evaluate whether the grades that teachers have given to students in the elementary and high schools correspond to their actual knowledge.
