Police has detained 36-year-old E.J. from Tetovo, one of the suspects involved in an attack on police officers on Thursday afternoon that left a policeman in critical condition.
Four officers came to detain a 40-year-old man who has been sentenced for carrying out a physical attack in downtown Tetovo on Thursday, when they were assaulted by a group of people, at least one of whom was armed with a metal bar.
Two officers sustained serious injuries, and one remains in a critical condition following a surgery.
Tetovo police informs that they are working to identify and detain the remaining suspects in the attack.
