The number of innovative companies that operated in Macedonia in the 2012 - 2014 period stands at 1,078, the State Statistical Office said Wednesday.
Innovative companies are deemed those enterprises which, during the monitoring period, manged to introduce a new product, process, an organization or advertising novelty.
Of the 1,078 innovative entities, 37.1% have introduced an innovative process or product; 35.8% established an innovative organization or marketing feature, while 19.1% provided time an innovative product, process, organization or advertising aspect at the same, the data of the State Statistical Office show.
