Businessman Orce Kamcev was named the richest Macedonian according to the renowned magazine Forbes. In the text of the Croatian edition of Forbes, Kamcev is said to beas one of the most capable Macedonian businessmen who managed the take off the unmatched Minco Jordanov from the first place.

"Macedonian businessman Jordan Kamcev, owner of the company Orka Holding for a short time conquered the business world of Macedonia. Several risky, but right-moment investments in the health sector and in agriculture, the acquisition of multiple smaller companies, good relations with the right people in entrepreneurship and politics and long-term visions and strategic planning secured him the first place in the list of the richest Macedonians", Forbes reports.

According to the magazine, 46-year-old Kamcev is one of the youngest on the list of the richest, but also one of the few who increased the capital last year.Forbes claimed that he holds shares of EUR 22.8 million in a few companies.

"In contrast, for the other businessmen, the year was tough and turbulent. Maybe the increase of his capital by more than EUR 3 million is not much in the world of multi-millionaires but the others on this list did not have the luck. Although he comes from a wealthy family, his risky way of doing business enabled him an expansion of the domestic treasure, the Forbes writes.

Hereafter the text states that the Orka Holding is involved in various segments of the Macedonian and regional economy in several sectors such as health, agriculture, food industry, media, textiles.

"Today, Orka Holding has 3,700 employees. Through Orka Holding, he is the owner or co-owner of the largest hospital in Macedonia "Acibadem Sistina", of Stopanska Banka - Bitola, the largest agricultural combine ZIK Pelagonija, of the construction company Beton Stip, the Hotel Ibis, the MPM media house and a dozen of other companies", the Forbes states.

According to Forbes, his biggest source of wealth is the health sector and his share in this sector amounts to EUR 6.5 million, that is in Acibadem Sistina, Sistina Nefropolus, Sistina Life Care and Sistina Pharmacy.
