Turkish Airlines flight flying from Istanbul to London made an unscheduled landing at Belgrade Airport, after an unattended cell phone was discovered on board.
The Turkish carrier announced on Thursday afternoon that "security checks were in progress."
According to the airline, the plane was a Boeing 777/300R carrying 300 passengers, while the flight number was TK1979.
