Media report that a fire at a Turkish refugee camp which is near the border with Syria, has killed 3 Syrian children and injured 6 people. The camp is located near the town of Derik, in the Mardin Province.
The cause of the fire in the camp where around 20,000 refugees resided is currently under investigation.
Dogan Agency reports that the children were aged between 3 and 8.
It further reported that last week, a child was also killed in a fire at the same camp.
About 2.7 million refugees from Syria have found refuge in Turkey, making it the country with the largest refugee population in the world.
