The Special Public Prosecutor's Office (SPO) opened up a new investigation dubbed 'TNT' in relation to the demolition of the 'Cosmos' object in ownership of Fiat Canovski.

Prosecutor Fatime said that dispute between the central and local government in which the prime minister and transport minister from that time were involved and they retaliated against Canovski because his party Party for European Future exited the ruling coalition and joined the opposition.

Taking advantage of their position, according to SPO, they incited the Gazi Baba Mayor to find a way to tear down the Cosmos object.

The Mayor accepted the challenge and called on the first respondent in the case, a construction inspector in Gazi Baba, and told her she should find a way to tear down the building. She agreed and by abusing her official position she illegally measured the object for height dimensions. The investigation carried out by the Faculty of Architecture proved that the first respondent acted illegally.

The investor was asked to either tear down the object or to allow for it to be demolished. Even though he submitted an expert opinion report to the Faculty of Architecture, stating that her decisions are illegal, the demolition decision was not revoked and the procedure was expedited with the decision to use explosives for demolition

According to Fetai, the mayor and employees of Gazi Baba illegally realized a public procurement which damaged the municipality's budget for MKD 2,999,569. She pointed out that the object's demolition set back the investor EUR 14,8. The investor , in return, is demanding compensation damages in the amount of EUR 58,8.

The Court has demanded special measures for bringing in the 4 suspects of the TNT case. Three of them are included in President Ivanov's pardon. For the investigation in relation to the case, expert evidence and SMS texts were looked into.
