The presidency of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts (MANU) expressed concern for the events in Macedonia through a press release, and called the signers of the Przino Agreement, mediated by their warrantors - representatives of EU and USA, to urgently go back to political dialogue, and to complete the tasks of the Agreement.
"The presidency of MANU expresses utter concern for the irresponsibility of the signers of the Przino Agreement for its consistent realization, as the only exit of the difficult crisis and the worsening of the conditions in Macedonia to a point where its vital interests are questioned," the press release read.
MANU believe that the President, instead of making efforts to push the parties to realize the Przino Agreement, by making the abolition decision, has struck a blow to the Constitutional and legal sectors of Macedonia, and to the Przino Agreement, which made the crisis even worse.
"Therefore, the Presidency of MANU insists the President should withdraw the abolition decisions," the release of the Academy read.
