President Gjorge Ivanov will address the Macedonian citizens at 04:00 pm on Friday.
Friday's address by the President will be the second one this week. On Tuesday, he announced his decision to pardon all the politicians both from the government and the opposition, as well as their associates.
The decision caused a public outcry, and protests have been a regular occurrence in Skopje over the last three days.
