Customs officers seized about 22 kg of marijuana at Tabanovce border crossing late on Thursday.
During a detailed check of a vehicle with Bulgarian registration plates, the officers found 40 packages of marijuana weighing at 21,7 kg.
The narcotics and the driver were turned over to the Ministry of Interior for further processing.
