
The Government of Republic of Macedonia in charge of conducting the elections, announced Friday that it made the decision to annul all legal acts of the Ministers of Interior Affairs and Labor and Social Policy, made in the period between November 11, 2015 - April 7, 2016.
The rеport of the Government read that these legal acts are illicit and one-sided, because the Ministers did not abide by the Law when making the decisions, i.e. did not act in accordance with the alternate Deputy Ministers, and the documents do not contain his signature.
The Government's decision is based on the Law on Government. Namely under the article 30, paragraph 2 of this law, the Government is entitled to annul a regulation or other act of the ministries, bodies and organizations of the state administration that don't comply with the Constitution, laws or other regulations of the Parliament and Government. After reviewing the official information and acts, submitted to the Government, it was concluded that the ministers of interior, labor and social policy violated the article 46, paragraphs 2 & 3 of the Law on Government.
The Government ordered for the ministries of interior, labor and social policy to function as they did before the adoption of these illegal acts, the press release reads.
