The Public Prosecutor's Office in Kumanovo has issued an order for the elevator in which a 6-year-old boy died Sunday to be submitted to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for expert review.
The Faculty should determine the cause of the accident, the prosecution reported Sunday.
Upon an order by a public prosecutor, the elevator has been taken out by the police and prepared for submission. Also, the public prosecutor ordered for the documents of the firm in charge of elevator maintenance and other necessary documentation to be seized so that the case can be cleared up.
On Sunday, an order for submitting the deceased boy's body for autopsy was also issued.
