A Veles resident aged 45 has lost his life due to the traffic accident that occurred on Tuesday morning around 10:00 am, in the town's new part.
The spokeswoman of the Interior Ministry's sector in Veles, Anita Stojkovska, said the car accident involved a freight vehicle and a car.
"Currently a public prosecutor in charge of the case with the Veles Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with an inquiry team of the Interior Ministry's sector, are examining the site," Stojkovska said.
Officials with the ambulance services said their team immediately arrived at the scene of the accident, and concluded that the injured person was bleeding severely but that he was still alive. However, on the way to the hospital, he passed away.
