VMRO-DPMNE on Tuesday at a press conference strongly condemned Monday’s demolition and vandalism during the protests of the civil movement "Protestiram".
"VMRO-DPMNE condemns Monday's demolition and vandalism of the hooligans of SDSM and SOROS. Thus it creates chaos, disturbs the security and tranquility of the citizens again and it causes a huge material damage to the state institutions", Ilija Dimovski, coordinator of the parliamentary group and member of the Executive Committee of the party said at a press conference.
SDSM, Dimovski stated, demonstrates anarchy and lawlessness through paid masked hooligans with a single purpose to arouse the wrath of the Macedonian people and encourage a conflict.
"We know that this is their ultimate goal", he said.
Dimovski said that SDSM on Monday suffered a debacle because they failed to fill even half of the buses reserved.
"That is because a number of members of SDSM who think wisely, rationally and who feel patriotism to this country does not want to participate in Zoran Zaev’s scenario", he said.
SDSM, according to him, on Monday hit bottom and showed the party’s political agony.
"The people clearly realized that the party lacks any constructive idea and that all the capacities of this leadership of the party are committed to a full destruction, violence and vandalism", Dimovski said.
According to him, Zaev is sinking deeper and deeper and he wants to take all SDSM membership the people and the country with him.
"What SDSM demonstrated is neither struggle for freedom nor a struggle for justice. It is a struggle of the criminal underworld with the legitimate state institutions. It's a battle of the only abolished politician Zoran Zaev with the state", Dimovski said.
VMRO-DPMNE condemns all insults and threats expressed towards police officers and expresses his full support for them and their families, who, on a daily basis are doomed to see how "hooligans protected by Zoran Zaev and Soros endanger the safety of their fathers, sons, brothers".
"VMRO-DPMNE encourages all the police officers to continue working under the Constitution and laws of the Republic and to defend the state and citizens from these thugs. Violence and vandalism must not go unpunished and anyone who rages and destroys has to bare responsibility", Dimovski said at a press conference.
