Making progress on the road to EU membership is crucial for Macedonia's Government and efforts are being intensified for implementing the international community's recommendations to that effect, Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev said Tuesday at a meeting with Germany's Special Envoy Johannes Haindl.
Under a detailed action plan all state institutions are tasked to implement the international community's recommendations and urgent reform priorities in the spheres of judiciary, public administration, security, media and interethnic relations, Dimitriev said.
Dimitriev and Haindl also discussed on the current political situation in Macedonia and possibilities for its surpassing, the Government said in a press release.
