Croatia's President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said on Tuesday that the country is not where it is supposed to be and assessed the plan of the current government as insufficiently ambitious, Tanjug reports.
On the occasion of the Entrepreneurs Day, Grabar-Kitarovic said in Zagreb that Croatia needs to give up politicization and destruction caused by projects done for party interests.
"We are not there where we should be. There are positive trends, but insufficiently," she said.
The president called for concentration and focus so that 'Croatia could finally be raised at the level of the most developed countries in Europe'.
"This government's plan is not ambitious enough," Grabar-Kitarovic said, reminding that the previous executive body was more practical, regional N1 TV conveyed.
