In the behalf of the Government and in his personal behalf, Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev has congratulated the start of the Ramadan lent to the chief of the Islamic Religious Community, Reis Suleyman Rexhepi, the members of the Riaset and all the Muslim believers in Macedonia.
"The holy month of Ramadan and the start of the fasting period were always known as days of good thought and time when people should show compassion and understanding toward the others. In total, the Ramadan lent is a time of spiritual cleansing and exaltation of the Islamic believers. The values that beautify the fasting should be a guidance in the upcoming days, let them bring much joy and happiness in the believers' families and in general in Macedonia, and let them promote the cooperation with your relatives, friends and fellow citizens," the note issued by the prime minister reads.
