Bulgaria has erected another 35 kilometers of fence on the border with Turkey, in the Yambol region, with the aim of preventing illegal migrants crossings into its territory.
A 30-kilometer fence has already been built in this region.
A road has also been built, said the region's governor, Dimitar Ivanov, adding that due to the heavy and unapproachable terrain, as well as due to the nonexistent traffic infrastructure, the construction was complex.
