If businessmen and people who are not incorporated actively in politics are exempt from the list of the 56 pardoned persons, then 22 politicians remain on the list, for which today's decision of Gjorge Ivanov, denies them the possibility of pardon.
According to the analysis, published by the portal "MKD", the list of 22 people is consisted of former ministers and current politicians from the government and opposition. For now Ivanov's decision is not published in the Official Gazette and there is no publicly available official list of the persons to whom it is addressed.

All the others, who consider they should not be pardoned should, by themselves, within the legal opportunity, apply for their exclusion from the list of abolished people.
Ivanov stressed that he remains on his position that his decision on the abolition of 56 people is the right thing and made only to stop the political crisis in Macedonia.
On Friday, in his address he stressed that he made a new decision, with which he rescinds the pardon for politicians who were part of the list of abolished persons.
"I have made a decision to annul some of my pardons. I have made a decision to withdraw the pardoning declaration for all politically exposed persons, i.e. 22 of the total list. All others have the right to file personal requests regarding the pardons. No politician is untouchable. Everyone will be held responsible for their actions. The pardoning decision was the best move to exit the political crisis," Ivanov said.
He previously pointed that unfortunately many have not understood his idea for pardoning the politicians, as well as their associates.
"They have not understood, or maybe they did not want to understand this decision. I have been accused that I wanted to protect politicians, that I had created a selective justice. Still, thanks to that decision, we have sound institutions now, and Macedonia is successfully dealing with the challenges, such as the migrant crisis. The pardoning declaration was the best step to exit the political crisis," Ivanov said.
