Special Public Prosecutor’s Office informed on Saturday that it has filed an appeal against the decision of the Criminal Council with which the verdict of the Judge is changed, and the first suspect of the “Fort” case has been given a house arrest measure.
The press release read that according to the Special Public Prosecutor’s office there are circumstances when the detention measure is necessary thus it cannot be replaced with a less severe punishment.
