DPA President Menduh Thaci met Friday with OSCE/ODIHR mission chief Jan Petersen at the party's headquarters in Tetovo. They discussed the political crisis and the organizational processes for elections. The party's report states that Thaci pointed out his party's commitment to organizing free and democratic elections and eliminating all irregularities, such as tampering with ballot boxes and falsifying results.
Thaci asked for support from the international factor so that elections can be free, democratic and credible, no matter when they will be held.
At the meeting, DPA's leader pointed out that the party's' main concerns are: the partization of institutions, the threatening of citizens. Both interlocutors expressed hope for further cooperation.
