On May 24, police conducted an operation in the Skopje region, detaining five people, including Caus' brother and sister, who is the prime suspect in the affair related to the discovery of locations, which according to the previous investigation, were used for printing false ID cards, travel documents, but also false bank forms and documents that contain the names of current and former domestic officials and businessmen.
During the search of 7 locations in Skopje and its surroundings, as well as inside Caus' prison cell, a large weapon arsenal was found, including lap tops, cell phones, USBs and various documents.
Two phones were discovered inside Caus' cell, although the prison regulations forbid the inmates to own mobile electronic devices.
During the search carried out in his home, a large amount of ammunition was found, consisting of an army rifle, a gun, a printing press, hard disk whose content remains unknown, as well as printed documents. After the initial raids of his home in December last year, more than 70,000 recorded conversations were also discovered, which according to the investigation, were supposed to be used as materials for blackmailing businessmen and politicians.
