According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial turnover index in Macedonia in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, stood at 106.5.
The index of domestic industry turnover in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, decreased by 1.0%, whereas the index of non-domestic industrial turnover increased by 8.6%.
The industrial turnover index in the mining and quarrying sector n March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, decreased by 9.2%, while in the manufacturing sector it increased by 7.2%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, was higher in intermediate goods, except energy by 4.1%, capital goods by 19.9% and durable consumer goods by 11.9%, but lower in Energy by 7.5% and non-durable consumer goods by 7.3%.
The industrial turnover index in Macedonia in March 2016, in comparison with February 2016, was 108.1, while in the period January-March 2016, in comparison with January-March 2015, the industrial turnover index stood at 109.3.
