The deadline for political parties to submit MP candidate lists for the June 5 early parliamentary elections expires on Wednesday at midnight.
No lists have been submitted to the State Election Commission (SEC) thus far.
SEC held a session on Tuesday, reviewing the report on the register of Macedonian nationals filed by the Ministry of Interior, which shows that the number of eligible voters has increased to 1,958,844.
Taking into consideration the 505,422 minors, the Interior Ministry has registered a total of 2,464,266 Macedonian nationals.
Regarding the diaspora, SEC has received 6,686 voting applications from Macedonian nationals living abroad.
