Financial police have filed criminal charges against three Skopje residents suspected for the acts of abusing their work positions and authorization. This case is linked with the previous operation "Surveyor", in which 19 people were arrested for cadastre embezzlement of EUR 5 million.
The suspect T.B. of "Surveyor" is also suspect in the new operation, who as a real estate cadastre official, according to the report of the financial police, illegally made changes in the cadastre documents.
The second charged, N.K. has been assigned a state-owned apartment, and the third suspect, front desk employee, has helped in forming the case, after what the apartment was sold for EUR 16,000.
