Kosovo's Government has sent the EU a precise plan on allocating the authorities of the European Union Rule of Law Mission (EULEX) to the country's institutions.
The document published by Koha Ditore newspaper, says the Kosovar authorities are calling the EU to transfer all the cases launched or investigated by EULEX to the local judiciary organs by mid June.
The plan involves the transfer of all sensitive cases and information, including the documents that were put under the UN Mission in Kosovo's (UNMIK) charge.
The list of demands also entails the termination of the mandate held by the three international judges in Kosovo's Constitutional Court.
The successful accomplishment of EULEX' mission demands a joint action plan for both Kosovo and the European Union.
Kosovar authorities will not take any bilateral actions in the process.
The consignation of EULEX' authorities should be a mutual effort of Kosovo and EU's coordinated activities, the document scores.
