
On Thursday and Friday, Macedonia's Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki will attend a ministerial meeting dedicated to cross-border cooperation in relation to the migrant crisis in Thessaloniki.
The meeting will be held upon the initiative of the chief of Greek diplomacy Nikos Kotzias, and foreign ministers of Bulgaria and Albania, Daniel Mitov and Ditmir Busati will also attend.
The Thessaloniki meeting aims at fortifying the dialogue and broadening the perspectives for further cross-border cooperation in the field of coordination and dealing with the common challenges, such as the migrant crisis, the Greek Foreign Ministry reported.
On Thursday, the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Macedonia, Albania and Bulgaria will take place, while on Friday talks will be held between the ministers or ministry representatives of the 4 countries, after which there will be a joint meeting of the Foreign Ministers and Interior Ministers.
